No, its not Hellish Torment demo cover. This extra paper came with the demo.
Is this the same material as Hellhouse demo? I had the same demo under both names in late 80s.... I've never seen this artwork tho.
No, its a "art paper" that came with Poison (WG) demo, it is not related to U.S. noise band.
